11:30h - 11:45h: Pranayama (Conscious breathing techniques).
11:45h - 12:00h: Rest – Fresh fruit and special revitalizing & regenerating tea.
12:00h - 13:30h: Kundalini Yoga class and meditation.
13:30h - 14:30h: 3 Course lunch at the pool restaurant or Son Fony restaurant

14:30h - 15:00h: Walking meditation or Mantra Meditation

Ideally after the break, one can bring the yoga practice home to incorporate into individual life styles to help maintain harmony, health and vitality and to have the necessary techniques to help to reduce stress.
The break is open to anyone wishing to experience greater body consciousness, increased vitality and relaxation and deeper inner peace. When the body and mind are in harmony creating a balance between movement and stillness, inner peace is experienced and an expanded state of consciousness can be achieved.

Kundalini yoga or the yoga of consciousness is one of the most powerful and complete forms of yoga and considered to be the mother of all other styles of yoga. Kundalini yoga is a yoga reserved for the royalty or nobility which consists of a scientific technology of ancient kriyas or formulated sets of highly efficient exercises which were passed down verbally through the centuries.
Kriya: The Kriya consists of several components, combined to achieve the awakening of the kundalini energy, the aim of all yoga. The technology is practiced with absolute respect for the purest transmission of the ancient teachings brought to the west by the Yoga master Yogi Bhajan. The kriyas can be highly energetic and demanding or more passive and relaxing depending on individual level, capacity and requirements.
Each kriya is designed to target specific issues within the body by focusing on the individual systems or muscle groups, such as strengthening the nervous system, balancing the digestive system, activating the glandular system or stretching and relaxing the spine and increasing strength and flexibility.
Asanas: By consciously combining the different components of the kriya; the Asanas, specific postures or methods of movement or stretching, both active and passive designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles, activate, renovate and purify different organs and glands, apply pressure to the nervous system and to activate the energy channels or chakras with the Pranayama, conscious breath control to nourish the body with vital energy, eliminate toxins, focus the mind, calm the emotions and elevate the consciousness and the Mudras hand gestures or position of the hand or fingers to facilitate and increase focus and to activate different meridians or energy lines, the Bhandas, body locks or body contractions designed to channel the flow of pranic (vital) energy, the Mantras, phrases, words or syllables, primordial sounds from ancient sacred languages designed to still the mind, eliminate negative and self limiting thought patterns and to elevate the consciousness and to achieve a state of Meditation, the stilling of the rational dualistic mind to produce greater calm, inner peace, heightened creativity and intuition and to enhance well-being and to expand the consciousness. About the yoga teacher:
Jeanne Lurie first began teaching yoga in 1971 in San Francisco California in the Jack La Lanne European health spa after having studied hatha yoga according to the school of Swami Vishnudevananda based on the teachings of Swami Shivananda and further studies in Iyengar yoga in San Francisco State University. She began her practice of meditation in the same year studying transcendental meditation according to the teachings of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
After graduation from university she pursued a career as a professional dancer which took her to the Far east, the Middle east and Europe, where she remained always faithful to her yoga and meditation discipline. Upon completion of her dancing career, she returned to teaching yoga and other forms of body conditioning.
She is a dedicated health professional with training in yoga, pilates and body work, a personal trainer especially prepared to work with special populations such as senior citizens, back problems as well as other body ailments such as arthritis and osteoporosis. Her teaching style includes a special emphasis on correct body alignment and the use of conscious breathing techniques to invigorate and to relax and to relieve tension and toxins from the body. She has also complemented her yoga training with studies in nutrition and diet, therapeutic massage and bio-energy techniques and as well as natural healing or alternative techniques of preventive health care and is an experienced lecturer on topics of health, diet, relaxation and wellbeing. She has extended her yoga studies to include mastery in Kundalini yoga according to the teachings of the yoga master Yogi Bhajan.
