La Residencia is proud to introduce eight new luxury Suites offering panoramic vistas over the valley and towards the Mediterranean.

Set above the Spa building each suite nestles into the mountainside. All suites have a traditional tiled garden area where guests may relax while soaking up the sun and the breathtaking views with four of them boasting a private plunge pool. The suites also offer a large bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas and the spacious bedroom and lounge area has luxurious furniture and fittings in the unique La Residencia style.

The gardens in these suites have been planted with flora endemic to the Tramuntana area. Plants have been carefully selected by staff of the Botanical Gardens in Sóller who will coordinate with our gardeners to ensure that the plants grow successfully. Inside each suite guests will find a book with information on local flora which we hope will be of interest. 

Access to the Tramuntana suites is made easy thanks to two new lifts which have been cleverly integrated into the stone terraces with elegant tunnelled passageways linking each one.  

As the Tramuntana name implies, the suites are individually named after the different peaks in the mountain range. Guests can enjoy a stay in the Teix Suite, Puig Major Suite, Tomir Suite, Massanella Suite, Tossals Suite, L’Ofre Suite, Alfàbia Suite or Galatzó Suite.

Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st Nov and 31st March (Excl. Xmas and New Year, 22nd Dec to 1st Jan): 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights.
