The Villa
La Residencia, Majorca, is proud to announce The Villa - a new accommodation option available all year round. Based a few minutes walk from the hotel, The Villa is a deluxe self-catering accommodation overlooking the village of Deià and offering stunning views towards the Mediterranean.
Formally a private residence, The Villa is built on three levels and has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Decorated in traditional Majorcan style, the property is an ideal base to explore the charming surroundings and only a short walk from an assortment of museums, shops, restaurants and elegant buildings made from local stone.

At the Villa, guests can use La Residencia's direct access to the rocky cove from where you can enjoy a snack or light lunch at the bar (5 minutes drive from the Villa).
The Villa's guests may also use the hotel facilities, La Residencia's Spa, our tennis courts, the restaurants and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Minimum Stay
5 nights minimum over Easter, Summer (13th May to 31st October), Christmas & New Year.
Children Policy
Children under 10 years only accepted between 1st July-15th August, 20th-31st October, Christmas & New Year.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings one month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st April to 31st of October, Xmas and New Year (22nd Dec to 1st Jan):
Cancel 15 days in advance by 6pm local time to avoid a penalty of 25% of your total stay. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights.
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st Nov to 31st March (Excl. 22nd Dec to 1st Jan):
100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice. No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights.
